If you're looking for a workout that gives you the "no pain, no gain" feeling, here it is. P90X is for people who are already fairly fit and want an intense FULL body workout. It combines many practices such as Yoga, Kenpo Karate, Weight Lifting, and Cardio. My background includes 12 years of Tae Kwon Do and with the commercialization of the sport I have stopped practicing. P90X was my way back into regaining the strength and speed I had lost over the past 5 years. I haven't been the most committed with this program, but it has left a solid impression on me as a sure-fire way to getting back into TOP shape.

I agree, P90 does seem to give the best possible full body workout short of actually going to the gym. I kind of hope they release a "part 2" with some different workouts only because I have done the cardio one like 500,000 times. Okay, not that many, but still.
